At Sterling Results Fitness Club our fitness training sessions focus on you. Your first session is an assessment and goal session to identify the best training to meet your expectations. Personal Training or over 22 classes per week. C Results Fitness taking things up a notch for the new year!! Continuing to produce results & continuing to get those kick ass workouts.
Fun, Effective and Personal Training! We teach you exactly how to lift weight properly to achieve the body you want. Whether you’re a beginner looking to start training for the first time or an advanced trainee looking to hit personal benchmarks, we ensure you reach your goals safely, effectively and in a non-intimidating environment. Results Gym in Tremonton is 1 of 2 Certified Hammer Strength Facilities in the state of Utah. Hammer strength equipment is the standard for Processional strength.

Kids’ Fitness Programs
Health habits, whether good or bad, often start at a young age and carry through adulthood. Our kids’ fitness classes are designed to teach kids 8-14 the basics of exercise and nutrition, as well as prepare them for sports-related activities.
We offer the following Kids’ Fitness Classes:

Participants in our after school program receive instruction from a certified personal trainer that specializes in youth fitness. During the course, kids will be taught proper form and training function, nutrition, speed, agility, and endurance. This program is fast-paced and built to challenge students in all aspects of their athletic training based on their individual/sports needs.

Nutrition Classes
No matter how much time you spend in the weight room or doing cardio, you’ll never reach your peak without a proper diet.
At Results Fitness & Nutrition Center, we believe in nutrition so much that we put it in our name! That’s why we include nutrition plans in all of our personal training programs, and also offer FREE nutrition classes for members.
Nutrition classes are held regularly depending on interest, and are taught by owner Brian Atteberry, who has over 20 years of experience in nutrition design for clients that include finalists in the Miss USA, Miss Teen USA, and Miss America Pageants.
In addition to our free nutrition classes, Brian’s published nutrition manual containing all the information you need to build the foundation of your diet can be purchased at the front desk for $15.
